Pros +
- The peaceful surrounding, very lovely hotel with great facilities and activities, breakfast is superb.
- Location, comfortable, staff services and perfect food & meal. ?️
- Big room, nice atmosphere, helpful staffs
Cons -
- The bidet spray in the room doesn’t work well.
- The car is not close to your room but is parked across from the facility. The staff accommodated you to get to your car but I imagine if I was not able-bodied, this could be an issue. More an awareness, rather than something I did not like :)
- The hotel claims to be a luxury hotel but is simply missing the basics. Lot of materials are cheap and worn off, fake marble and wooden flooring, but what really bothered me is the lack of cleaniness: stained walls, dirty joints. Especially the common areas were not taken care of at all.We only enjoyed our stay because we had the swimming pool for ourselves and the rooms were nice, but it was not worth the price.

Big room, nice atmosphere, helpful staffs
Very clean spacious rooms and the most comfortable extra large double-kings size bed, beautiful riendly people, very helpful staff providing best services. Ultimate peaceful, harmony and tranquility. 10 stars ??????????
Stunning place to stay! Met on arrival by the sweetest ladies who wrangle your luggage to your room. All activities are included in your room price. The room had the most beautiful bathroom with a huge bathtub, the bed was so comfortable, the view of the mountain, stunning, the food at the restaurant, complimentary buffet breakfast and room service, all quality prepared food. Quiet, and relaxing and too short of a stay. Definitely recommend.

The view was nice, we had the pool almost to ourselves as the resort is quite empty on weekdays. The spa and massages are good.

The view is very nice with beautiful lawn and garden with mountains in the background. The twin and double rooms are good size. The parking area is good within the property ground.
The hotel was advertised as 5-star so certain expectations are there before the start. The actual property (comparing to what other available at the lower price in Thailand) should be 4-star, especially the breakfast choices.
The whole vibe - luxury , quiet , the chocolates in the afternoon , such a nice touch , the panpipe products in the bathrooms
The property was amazing and very relaxing. We wish we could spend time to join the free activity for a walk but the weather didn’t look so good so we skipped this. The bed was very comfortable. The food at the restaurant of the hotel is very tasty. We love the turn down service with the story about Buddha.
Quiet, suitable for resting, the bedrooms are beautifully arranged, the beds are soft, sleep very comfortably and the staff are very hospitable.
Breakfast was excellent and very accommodating staff
Internet connection in the room was poor
All staffs are very nice and attentive. The room is very specious and the mountain view is amazing. the decor at the pool area are very aesthetic especially during sunset hourThe location is very natural and not too far from main road. They have many activities during the stay such as meditation, bicycling or yoga, etc.We had dinner at hotel restaurant. It was very good and prompt services The breakfast is nice but wish they have more choices
The hotel claim themselves as à luxury wellness which we expected a very quiet and peaceful vibes. However we heard the noise from the gardener grooming the garden with noisy machine during the stay often.Pool bar was closed during our stay. Even we stayed during peak period 30 DecWish they have more breakfast choice
The room was excellent with very comfortable bed, big bath and lovely view. The food in the restaurant in the evening was delicious. Nice to have all the added activities and a small but clean swimming pool with great view.
The breakfast was disappointing given how good the dinner was. Limited choice. There were no hard pillows which was a surprise and unfortunate.
The place was magical, pleasant for resting and
Pool was good, but around pool not comfortable,
Top class
Breakfast a bit less than expected
Tranquil secluded
The food was never hot enough
This was our 2nd visit and we will be back in the future. This place is so beautiful and peaceful. The staff is excellent, a wonderful resort.
Peaceful stay with a nice restaurant. Enjoyed the breakfast.
